Located in Troy, Dr. Trupiano serves patients in the greater Detroit Metro area, including Birmingham, Bloomfield, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, as well as the rest of the state of Michigan.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 08:30am to 4:30pm.

Appointments & No-Show Policy

The best way to meet with our team and learn more is by scheduling a consultation – this ensures Dr. Trupiano can give a personalized, professional opinion and thoroughly answer all your questions. To schedule an appointment, we encourage you to call us or fill out our online contact form. If you choose the second option, our team will be in touch to help you find an appropriate appointment slot.

Dr. Trupiano is a three-time recipient of the On-Time Doctor Award and strives to remain reliable and available to his scheduled patients. We maintain a scheduling and no-show policy to ensure a timely and convenient appointment process, respectful of your time as well as other patients. We ask that patients call us as soon as possible in the event of lateness or needing to reschedule.

Payment Options

We accept cash, credit cards, and checks as payment for services. In the case of cosmetic surgery, your payments are due 2 weeks before your scheduled date.

CareCredit® helps patients pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. It also offers special financing

Insurance & Billing

We accept most major insurance carriers and encourage each patient to check with their provider ahead of their appointment to verify any coverage and network details. You can do this by calling the member services number on your insurance card. Make sure to bring your card with you to your appointment so we can accurately and efficiently bill your provider.

Please note that cosmetic surgery and other non-surgical treatments are considered elective procedures and are not covered by insurance providers. We do not accept state-sponsored insurance plans (such as Medicaid) but would be happy to discuss financing during your consultation.
